Asparagus soup with crayfish-tails
If any other than Jen would like to try the soup the recipe is here..
around 750g white asparagus
7? vegetable bouillon.
Salt and pepper
2 dl cream (9% - I used 38% cause I had some in the fridge)
150g shrimps or crayfish-tails.
Some green asparagus
Peel the asparagus and boil them in around 10 minutes - dependent on their thickness - until they are tender. Blend the soup finely and taste it with salt and pepper. Warm the soup up again, take it of the cooking range and add the cream and trim with parsley, the green asparagus and the fish.
